Grants and Awards
ATBC Global Support Grants
The organizing committee of ATBC 2023 is pleased to announce the call for grant application to support registration and other expenses of participants from low and middle income countries. The grant will be up to 500 USD per successful applicant and will primarily towards paying registration fee and part of travel or accommodation cost. ATBC will generate a registration code and successful applicant will use this code during registration. Remaining amount will be credited to the account of the applicant. In case of the successful applicants who have already registered will receive the entire grant amount.
Deadline for applications: 05 June 2023
SELECTION CRITERIA:

Selection will focus on the justification of why the funds are needed to attend the ATBC 2023 Meeting.

Priority will be given to foreign participants (outside India) and students without fellowships.

Justification essay should be written in English (maximum 400 words).

Applications will be evaluated by a committee composed by members of the Local and Scientific Committees of ATBC 2023.

Should be in-person attendees with accepted abstracts.

You can apply even if you have already paid for registration. If you get a registration award, we will issue a reimbursement.

NOTE: You can apply without being a ATBC member, but to receive the award, membership is required.
ATBC 2023 LOC Grants
In addition to ATBC Global Support Grants, the organising committee of ATBC 2023 is pleased to announce the following grants:

LOC Contributors Grant: This offers 100% registration waiver and accommodation at student hostel for the selected volunteers.

LOC Student Support Grant: This offers 50% registration waiver and accommodation at student hostel for selected students from low-income and host countries.
Deadline for applications: 05 June 2023
