We are looking for student volunteers for the 59ᵗʰ Annual Meeting of the Association for Tropical Biology and Conservation. ATBC 2023 Annual Meeting will be held on July 2ⁿᵈ-6ᵗʰ, 2023, in Coimbatore, India.
The ATBC2023 will provide a week of inspiration and community, an opportunity for researchers, decision-makers, practitioners, and community leaders from around the world to exchange knowledge on tropical biodiversity and conservation.
Become an ATBC 2023 Volunteer
As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the conference runs smoothly and provides an enriching experience for all attendees. You will have the opportunity to network with fellow professionals, gain valuable experience in event planning and management, and contribute to the success of the conference.
ATBC 2023 Organizing Committee would be pleased to engage Volunteers for Technical and Logistic Support. Volunteers will be expected to assist staff with tasks such as registration and check-in, session management and room monitoring, speaker support assistance, logistics and event set-up, and more.
Scheduling Availability:

From Sunday, July 02nd to Thursday, July 06th, between 7:30 am to 9:00 pm (times are subject to change and may vary based on your assigned role).

Volunteers will be required to participate in an orientation session the week before the event.
